Project Architect/Manager with high-rise residential, hospitality and mixed-use residential/retail experience and expertise.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 7+ years’ experience
• Architectural license preferred
• Knowledge of Revit, Bluebeam, Photoshop, Illustrator and SketchUp preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledgeable of California Building Code
• Well organized with effective time management skills
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:
Overseeing all phases of design documentation through construction administration including:
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Well experienced in project management working with other drafters in pulling together concise and accurate construction documents.
• Submit and process plan check through various cities and respond to plan check comments in order to pull a construction permit.
• Take projects through construction administration working with a team in responding to RFI’s, attending OAC meetings and incorporating revisions required through construction.
• Maintain a concise and accurate project schedule, complying to Owner set deadlines.

Project Coordinators/Design Drafters

Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience, hospitality/retail experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Knowledge of Revit, Bluebeam, Photoshop, Illustrator and SketchUp preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledgeable of California Building Code
• Well organized with effective time management skills
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:
Assist various Project Managers with all phases of design documentation through construction administration including:
• Compiling a concise and accurate set of design and construction documents.
• Attend internal team meetings to discuss the design and project progress.
• Use code knowledgeability to incorporate and respond to plan check comments.
• Use knowledge and ability to respond to RFI’s.
