Architects Tom Awbrey, Scot McGill, Marie Ruiz-Ostmeyer and Luis Arellano along with project designer Dennis Rogers RA, attended the ground breaking ceremony on October 8 for the new Pendry Hotel San Diego. ACRM is proud to be the Architect of Record for this $100 million, 317-room, 4 star Lifestyle Hotel, which is located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter. The hotel is due to open in Fall, 2016.
