Located in the heart of San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, this 7-story AC Hotel by Marriott will be the first of this brand constructed in San Diego.  The hotel is designed to be compatible with the historical design of the Gaslamp Quarter.  The 119 room hotel will include a parking garage in the lower basement level, a nightclub in the upper basement level, the hotel lobby, registration, lounge/bar and specialty restaurant on the ground floor, and a rooftop pool and pool bar at the 7th level.  The 7th level King Suite will include its own roof top pool.  The project is a development of The Briad Group.
