This six-story 142 guest room Hilton Garden Inn is located near the Pentagon in lifestyle oriented Shirlington Village. The 102,000 square foot hotel includes a restaurant and bar with an outdoor dining terrace, meeting rooms and indoor pool and spa. This project is the first LEED certified hotel in Arlington County, Virginia and includes “green” or planted rooftop terraces accessible from guest rooms and public areas. This project is the last component of Shirlington Village, an urban mixed-use development which offers guests a large variety of restaurants, boutiques, galleries, a high-end grocery, cinemas, offices and high-rise residential all with shared structured parking.
