This 4-story, 127-room hotel with subterranean parking is located on the well-known El Camino Real in Sunnyvale, CA.  Situated directly adjacent to a residential neighborhood, ACRM designed the project to compliment the surrounding area and minimize disturbance to the neighborhood residents.  Native trees and flora were incorporated into the design to screen the hotel from nearby homes, and upper floors were set back.  Guest entry is off El Camino Real, where they are greeted at a Porte Cochere with street-side patio seating.  Hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, patio & BBQ, and meeting space.  The project is developed by Huntington Hotel Group.
