Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel
Palm Springs, California
This boutique hotel is the anchor for a million square-foot mixed-use development on six city blocks in downtown Palm Springs, California. ACRM Architects is the Architect of Record for all of the vertical construction in the development. This 123,000 square-foot, 155 guestroom 6-story hotel will include a 4,000 square-foot ground level lobby, a café with outdoor dining on the public plaza and – to offer guests numerous shopping options – 5,300 square feet of retail. The hotel is topped off with a 10,000 square-foot roof top lounge and pool with panoramic views of the San Jacinto Mountains to the west and the Coachella Valley to the east. The architecture is a contemporary interpretation of mid-century modern design, which is prevalent in Palm Springs. This project is a development of Grit Development.
