Located on a 65-acre site adjacent to the world’s busiest border crossing, the 560,000 square foot Las Americas Premium Outlets is one of the largest and most successful outlet centers in the United States. The project includes 125 specialty stores, elegantly designed in a variety of Spanish styles. The center court recalls the historic Agua Caliente Casino, a popular 1920’s era Tijuana resort and spa, while the Las Ramblas district borrows details from the famous shopping street in Barcelona. The project includes a variety of courtyards and plazas accented by metal estrellas, statues and fountains along with a variety of paving materials and patterns. Las Americas is part of a million square foot mixed-use project that will include additional retail, restaurants and a hotel.
