Marriott Residence Inn Gaslamp is a 240-suite hotel located at the corner of Sixth Avenue and J Street in the historic Gaslamp Quarter. The thirteen-story project is an extended stay hotel with more than 8,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and three levels of subterranean parking. The design incorporates brick and metal exterior finishes recalling the materials used in this historic warehouse district. The hotel includes a street level bar & lounge, meeting rooms, banquet facilities and a roof top pool, deck and fitness center overlooking Fifth Avenue. This project is a development of Hansji Hotels.
