The project is nestled between the laid-back communities of Point Loma and Ocean Beach in San Diego, California. The design of this triangle-shaped building came about as a result of the constraints of the site paired with the requests of the client. The 24 two-bedroom units are designed to be open and airy modern living with a central courtyard for the residents to gather, use the grills, and relax with friends, neighbors, and family. The building boasts adaptability for commercial opportunities on the ground floor complementing the existing shops and restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood.
