Woodburn Company Stores
Phases Two through Five

Woodburn, Oregon

This 406,500 square foot, 114 store development is the largest tax-free outlet center in the Western United States. Awbrey Cook Rogers McGill Architects has been responsible for the last four phases of the project originally designed by Tom Awbrey at his previous firm. The craftsman style design features ledger stone exterior, copper or shingle roofed towers with clerestory glazing. The design creatively provides the shopper with continuous protection from the Oregon rains via awnings, arcades and skylight covered gallerias. As the largest outlet center in Oregon, it has become the “most visited attraction” in the state.
